This manual presents the foundations of the SSE curriculum of The Five Human Values (Truth, Right Action, Peace, Love, and Nonviolence) and the many subvalues of these core values. The "Foundations of SSE Curriculum" section also covers Swami's teachings on other key spiritual principles and ideal practices - Sacrifice, Unity of Faiths, Brotherhood of Man/Fatherhood of God, Discipline, Ceiling on Desires (Use of Divine Resources), and so on. Each value, subvalue or spiritual principle or practice is defined and illustrated by pertinent quotes from Sri Sathtya Sai Baba.
